  • Initial assessment and consultation - we take the time to get to know you, your goals, your health history, your schedule, all of your specific needs.  We will also take all of your baseline measurements including weight, body fat %, girth measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, etc. so we can track your progress.

  • A customized workout and nutrition plan - catered to your specific schedule, goals, fitness level, and physical health.

  • Exercise programming and education - we constantly switch up your workouts to keep your body guessing and to keep things fresh.  Our emphasis is on safe, effective technique to ensure that you maximize your results while preventing injury.  We also strive to teach you as much as we can about what you're doing, and why you're doing it.  Our goal at the end of your training package is for you to have the knowledge necessary to train yourself moving forward.

  • Nutrition counseling and education - helping you to identify key areas to focus on in order to maximize your results.  We do more than just give you a diet or meal plan to follow, we help teach you how to develop healthy habits and think differently about the way you eat.

  • Constant review and adjustment - we work closely with your feedback to make adjustments to your plan as needed.  Changing your lifestyle is a process and we will be with you every step of the way to help ensure your success.

I believe fitness should be made a part of one’s daily life, not an afterthought or something that you save for when you have nothing else to do.  Having an active lifestyle has completely changed the way I feel about myself and how I live my life.  When I first began exercising my goal was to lose weight and get in shape.  After having lost over 50 pounds, my self-esteem and confidence dramatically improved.  From that point on it has been my goal to open my own fitness facility and help others to achieve their own fitness goals.  My passion lies in helping my clients to make being healthy and active a manageable part of their daily lives.
